Kristie Howe | Assistant Principal

My name is Kristie Howe. I taught 6th grade and Resource for 12 years. I became a teacher because I enjoy being a positive influence in students' lives and helping them grow academically and emotionally into positive people for our future. I was an assistant principal at Eastlake Elementary and Oakcrest Elementary, and I'm very excited to start this journey at Antelope Canyon. I became a school administrator to be able to have a positive influence on students and teachers, and help all of us become "life-long learners." I want students to see themselves as achievers and grow to love academics on many levels.

My husband and I live in West Jordan, where we are busy with our two wonderful children and our two crazy labs. My hobbies are doing all kinds of activities with my kids (dance, puzzles, music, homework, reading). I love to read, run, and eat candy (not at the same time).

I look forward to a new adventure at Antelope Canyon and hope every teacher, student, and family know that I'm here to support them and instill a love of learning in a happy and safe environment.
