Nicole Harris | Third Grade

I have been with the Jordan School District for over a decade, having taught grades 1st through 4th. I am a graduate from BYU-Idaho where I completed my Bachelor of Science degree. Over my teaching career, I have completed several endorsements in English as a Second Language, Math Instruction, Math Specialist, and Technology. In 2018, I earned a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Utah Valley University.

I grew up in Austin, Texas. I miss the rain storms of the south, but have loved living in the beautiful state of Utah for the last decade. I spend my spare time exploring the world and making memories with friends and family.

I love what I do and teach from the heart! I teach because, by doing what I love, I can inspire and awaken the hearts of others. It is my highest priority to instill a love for learning in my students. I teach each day with passion, so my students develop a desire to become lifelong learners, creative and informed problem-solvers, and inspired to achieve their dreams.
